If a maximum net weight of 400kg, applicable to 4G and 4GV boxes, is too limited and your selected transport mode is road, a 50G box can  be the solution. The Pack's UN certified 50G boxes are tested and approved in tandem with a specific inner content suitable for products such as lithium batteries, lead batteries, perfumery products, solid products, glass bottles, plastic, aluminium or metal cans, plastic bottles and much more.

The User Instructions, Certificate of Approval and/or Test Report give full details on the correct use of packaging (tested content and required consumables such as tape, absorption and/or cushioning material, etc.). It is mandatory to use the packaging according to this documentation.

The Pack offers a limited standard range of 50 boxes but depending on your needs our team will develop the most suitable, eco-friendly, cost-efficient and compliant 50G box.

The Pack's development process includes carefully assessing your requirements including content, transport mode and supply chain necessities through to design, testing, certification, printing, supply and evaluation. 

Our clos collaboration with TESTPACK (EN ISO 17025 accredited test lab), conveniently located next to The Pack's facility, enables us to handle additional side tests very responsively and at record speed.
